Extension Task:
Why was the casting of Ncuti Gatwa a significant moment in the history of Doctor Who?
The casting was probably significant as the usual The Doctor is usually a white person who is older.

What aspects of this scene do you think an audience might enjoy? List at least three things and explain why the audience would enjoy each aspect.
The concept of rewinding in time may also be enjoyable as It's also a power that many people would want. Finally, the concept of the building just being a telephone booth on the outside but is unrealistically big in the inside is also a cool feature. The fact that The Doctor also came from another planet and is the last survivor also may enjoy the audience with the thought in their mind, "He's the chosen one!"

How is this scene constructed to tell the audience the history of Doctor Who? Think about the script, camerawork and acting.
This scene is short yet shows a lot about the 2 characters. T
he enthusiasm of The Doctor makes his ability sound like fun. The acting from the girl was also really good since just from her expression when she heard they went 150 million. Her face sounds like she's saying, "There's no way there's dinosaurs out there!"

What can you spot in Doctor Who that you will find in most television dramas? (E.g. characters, dramatic music etc.) These are called key conventions - list as many as you can think of.
Protagonist and a side character than will most likely stay with the protagonist for the rest of the series. Music, main plot.

What would a Doctor Who fan ('Whovian') like or dislike about this scene?
A Doctor Who fan would like the ability of The Doctor. However, they may not like how the actor changed from the consistent, white and quite old man actor to a young black man.
